This position requires highly proficient experience in benefits administration to ensure our programs effectively support employee needs.In This Role, You Will:Benefits Administration: Oversee administration of all US employee and voluntary benefits programs, including health benefits (medical, dental, vision), disability, executive benefits, workers' compensation, and life insurance claims, and support other global locations.Plan Design: Assist with annual strategic planning for benefit changes related to the company's overall global benefits strategy. Work with Senior Benefits Manager and benefits broker to conduct annual benefits review. Conduct research, analyzes plan options, conducts cost analysis, and make recommendations to Benefits Manager and Head of Total Rewards. Develop census data.Lead and participate in projects related to benefits, wellness, engagement, and recognition to improve employee satisfaction and retention.Global Leave Management: Support and review global leave plans, respond to employee inquiries, assist with transitions to leave, and return to work, and maintain employee benefit files.Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, collaborate on plan design, claims administration, and data integrity, and manage escalated support needs.Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with Payroll to reconcile benefit deductions, submit files according to the payroll schedule, and ensure accurate transmission to vendors.Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy of all benefit enrollments and provide vendors with accurate eligibility information. Update HRIS database with new and changing information; ensures accuracy and integrity of information. Responsible for employee benefit file maintenance and storage retention requirements.Data and Reporting: Coordinate with plan administrators, Finance, and other professionals to compile and verify reports for benefits administration. Ensure HRIS database accuracy and integrity.Data Analysis: Analyze benefits data and trends to make recommendations for program enhancements and cost efficiencies.Wellness Program Management: Develop and execute employee wellness programs, coordinate initiatives with third-party administrators, maintain the wellness budget, and create monthly wellness newsletters.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with benefits laws and regulations, prepare reports on program performance, and manage COBRA compliance and continuation of benefits for terminated employees.Employee Onboarding and Education: Conduct in-depth benefit presentations for new hires, distribute enrollment materials, manage eligibility communication, and organize employee education sessions. Ensure that employee forms and resources are properly updated on the Intranet.Employee Service and Support: Address benefits inquiries, assist with claims issues, manage enrollments, and process life status changes. Counsel employees on leave policies and benefitsEmployee Engagement: Communicate and promote the firm's benefits offerings through clear and engaging materials, presentations, and events.Here's What You Need:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in benefits administration, with leadership experience preferred.International HR benefits experience is advantageous.Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with HRIS systems (such as Workday, ADP)Proficiency in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Ability to self-manage with minimal direction and resolve complex employee issues.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong relationship management abilities.Must have good working relationship management with employees and benefit providers and the ability to deal with complex employee issues relating to benefitsMust be willing to come into the office twice a week, complying with our hybrid schedule
