This position is ideal for a skilled machinist with experience in CNC programming, Fanuc controls, and precision production in a manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controlsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specificationsUse precision measuring tools such as bore gauges and micrometersPerform preventative maintenance on machines and equipmentTroubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with production team membersFollow Lean manufacturing practices to optimize efficiencyAssemble components using appropriate tools and techniquesMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environmentRequirements:At least 5 years of CNC lathe machining experience in a manufacturing environmentProficiency with Fanuc controls and CNC programmingAbility to read complex blueprints and technical documentsStrong understanding of machining techniques, tooling, and materialsExperience using precision measuring instrumentsForklift certification preferred but not requiredWhy Join Staffworks Group:We connect highly skilled professionals with premier manufacturing employers.
