Bilingual Recruiter

We're looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team in Ontario, CA. This role is an onsite position supporting our local branch and clients with high-volume staffing needs across various industries.The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, comfortable meeting new people frequently, and skilled at identifying top talent through interviews and assessments. You'll work alongside a team of recruitment and HR professionals to build pipelines, fill roles quickly, and support our clients with exceptional service.ResponsibilitiesSource candidate through social, online recruitment portals, and networkingMaintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for open and future positionsConduct interviews via phone or in-personQualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as contact person for questions from candidatesMeet weekly quotas related to calls and emailsQualificationsPrior staffing experience, preferredEffective and professional communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Microsoft Office suiteHigh-energy and passionAbility to work as part of a teamProblem solver mentalityDemonstrated ability to meet quotas
