We are working with a well known, established organization in the commercial roofing industry who is looking to hire a Service Director role to their team to lead the growth and day-to-day operations.This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives that will evolve the division into a stand-alone entity, delivering relationship-centered service with long-term value to business owners and property managers. The role would pay between $100,000 - $120,000, based on experience and would offer bonus potential, health benefits, 401K and other benefits.Job Responsibilities: Operations & ExecutionOversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatch, work order tracking, and fleet/equipment managementMonitor job progress, team productivity, safety, and service quality in real timeEnsure accurate field reports, customer documentation, and compliance with safety standardsTeam LeadershipRecruit, train, and manage technicians and support staffSet clear expectations, coach for performance, and foster a culture of accountability and improvementLead team meetings and promote engagement and professional growthClient RelationsServe as primary contact for commercial clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfactionResolve client concerns quickly and professionallyStrengthen long-term partnerships with property managers and key accountsStrategy & GrowthCollaborate with leadership to expand services, improve systems, and grow division revenueIdentify market opportunities and align service offerings with client asset goalsFinancial OversightManage budget, track labor and materials costs, and analyze profitability of service jobsProvide regular reporting and forecasting to executive leadershipBrand RepresentationRepresent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking functionsSupport service-focused messaging and marketing initiativesQualifications:6+ years of service operations in a leadership capacity (construction, retail, restaurant or similar fast-paced industry preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and client service skillsAbility to lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
