Please find the job details below.Title: PLC Technician/Automation & Controls TechnicianLocation: Liberty, NCDuration: Long Term Contract Position Description: We need someone highly technical with electrical circuits who would be doing modification of PLC programming and build the programming from the scratch if requiredThe candidate should be proficient with Relay Logic and status of different switches in the electrical circuitsSoft Skills: team player, willing to teach others, positive attitude, self-starter, flexible to work on different schedulesWork Schedule: start shift at 7:30 am - 10 hours shift - Working on weekend and holidays as and when requiredTop 3 skills: PLC programming experience, Servo Motors troubleshooting, electrical or wire troubleshooting30% Travel Domestic and International: Japan for Meetings, Technical observations and hands on work after 3 months of hire.3-5 years of industrial experience: Maintenance, Electrical troubleshooting.This role is all Electrical. So an ideal candidate would have experience with PLC and electrical troubleshooting.What you'll be doingTest and repair electrical equipment or systems. (Involving circuits, relay logic, wiring, motors, servo drives, etc.)Strong ability to write, program, troubleshoot, modify and/or repair programmable logic controllers, robotics, cameras, and other electronic equipment.Troubleshoot and repair safety systems, machine components hydraulic and pneumatic.Plan and execute machine integration into mass production, leveling, adjustment and quality conformation for assigned work area.Perform basic administrative skills including documentation of work performed by written/electronic methods.Ability to problem solve and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.Develop denwacho (detail schedule) for assigned work area / project.Participate in project planning with Engineering.Demonstrate the ability to learn new processes.Supporting Machine production trials at vendors and internal to CLIENTCertify Safety of Equipment per MMR/MMS (NFPA79 and ISO standards) via "Safety Integrity Check"Requirements:What you bringIndustrial Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or equipment installation and debugging experienceExperience with Electrical and/or mechanical systems in an industrial manufacturing environmentTechnical experience with PLCs in programming, including read, write and modify logicTechnical experience with Servo Motion ControllersTechnical experience with relay logic including wiring and troubleshootingTechnical experience with Robotics including programming and troubleshooting.Experience with Hydraulic or Pneumatic troubleshooting and schematic readingAvailability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdownsAbility for business travel, both domestic and international - up to 30%.Added bonus if you have:Technical associate degree or higher or equivalent experienceExperience in Pre-Production set upExperience with Production Processes including Standardized Work (STW) and Job Instruction Sheets (JIS)Experience gathering and analyzing quality data from multiple sourcesNew plant or facility startup experienceExperience with high volume production in a clean room environmentIf you have the above skills/experience, please share your resume in confidence to:Recruiter Name: SravanEmail: sravan@EOE
