We manage the day-to-day progress of one or more projects to implement design direction, maintain BRW quality standards, and achieve the highest level of service to our Clients. We support the Project Managers and Principals in tracking job costs and schedules. We lead and mentor junior team members in project role development to strengthen our team's performance.Day-to-day, your role includes:Project Architect for the San Francisco Civic studioFocused strength in creating and producing successful projects in the Public Safety and additional civic building typesCommunicate daily with architectural staff team members to implement the project workplan and project tasks in coordination with the Project ManagerTrack project schedules, budget, and deliverable requirementsReport project progress and coordination status to Project Managers and PrincipalsConsistently communicate with project team consultants to identify and resolve coordination issues and ensure project progressCoordinate with Governing Authorities to ensure project code complianceImplement design direction in coordination with Design and Interiors teamsDevelop project technical specifications and material selectionLead project Construction AdministrationCheck-in with team members to maintain efficiency, engagement, and role developmentAs you grow your career with us, you'll enjoy a host of great benefits.
