A typical mechanical engineer has the ability to make engineering drawings and read and interpret blueprints.Responsibilities:Hands on support of 20 lathes on fast paced environment with demanding tooling requirements.Ability to setup Computer Aided Machining (CAM) from ground upReview consumable use from previous dayModification to CNC programsGeneration of component prints based on CMM resultsInsert Geometries and impact on processM&G code editingEducation & Skills:8+ years of experience with bachelor's degree5+ years of experience with master's degreeStrong Machining operations experience.Lathe Machine experience (required)GD&T experienceCAD or CAM experience (required)CNC programming - M&G code experience (machine programming)Root cause corrective action (RCCA)PowerBI or MS PowerApps (nice to have/preferred)MasterCAM programming (nice to have/preferred)
