Construction Superintendent

WorkBeast is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects for a company specializing in the design, engineering, and installation of solar energy systems for residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects. As the Construction On-Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Responsibilities: Manage all on-site construction activities. Manage project budgets.Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and building codes. Monitor project progress Coordinate with project managers to resolve any issues or delays.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure successful project completion.Supervise and mentor construction crew members.Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical drawings. OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols. Electrical License is a PLUS. Knowledge of renewable energy systems and experience in solar construction is a plus.
