We are seeking candidates with 2 to 4 years of litigation experience. The responsibilities of this position include the full litigation process, including drafting, writing, researching and effective communication with clients, as well as moving cases through the litigation process in accordance with court and client mandated deadlines.We are looking for someone who:Is licensed to practice in GeorgiaHas 2-4 years of civil litigation experiencePolished and a skilled communicatorSelf-starter, can prioritize workload and have a strong work ethicWhat will your day look like:Draft pleadings, motions, & settlement agreements (Answers, Third-Party Complaints, Cross/Counterclaims, discovery (requests and responses), motions to compel, motions for summary judgment, subpoenas for deposition, etc.)Review, analyze, and summarize discovery and conduct fact investigations for file management and drafting updates to clients.Communicate with clients, opposing parties, experts, and non-parties. Prepare clients for, defend, and take depositions. Prepare for, attend, and participate in Mediations.
