Staff Analyst - 3Location: Auburn, WADuration: Long-Term ContractOverview:The Production System Training (PST) team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Analyst to support training initiatives and employee development on the production floor. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in data analysis, training coordination, and strategic planning.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, development, and execution of employee-focused programs and initiatives.Partner with organizational leaders to align training strategies with long-term business goals.Evaluate strategic organizational challenges and recommend actionable solutions.Continuously assess and improve meeting and review structures.Analyze and summarize key data to support decision-making (e.g., budgets, workforce planning, training needs, and facility requirements).Prepare and contribute to executive-level presentations and briefings.Design, coordinate, and facilitate large-scale meetings and events.Support project scheduling and budgeting; monitor progress and communicate updates.Plan and manage facility requirements for training and organizational needs.Develop and implement training content in collaboration with subject matter experts, suppliers, and partners.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, orMaster's degree with 4+ years of experience, or10+ years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.Proven experience in training development, data analysis, and organizational planning.Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams.
