Supply Chain Demand Planner (W2)

Job Title: Demand Planner Duration: 60 to 90 days Location: Northridge, CAHYBRID: 4 days a week remote and 1 day in the officeKey Responsibilities:Develop and maintain demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation.Analyze historical sales trends, market trends, and seasonality to support forecast accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply planning, sales, and marketing to gather inputs and adjust forecasts accordingly.Monitor and report forecast accuracy and key supply chain KPIs.Utilize Excel to manage and analyze large data sets; generate reports and dashboards.Leverage SAP (if applicable) to extract and update supply chain data.Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in demand planning or supply chain forecasting.Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience using SAP in a supply chain or demand planning context.Familiarity with forecasting tools and planning software.
