Position Summary The Materials Coordinator at Agile Sourcing Partners, Inc., will be collaborate with the Director of Materials on site to ensure product is received, processed, inspected and shipped to Customers in a quality and timely manner. In addition, the Materials Coordinator will support associated administrative functions associated with the commercialization of company product. This is a full-time position requiring the candidate to work 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) on site in Ontario, California. Pay range for this position $22.00 - $25.00 dollars per hour. If you are passionate about making a difference, consider joining our talented, diverse team!Key Job FunctionsMaterials ProcessingEnsure high integrity of alignment between physical counts and company ERP system records Maintain tracking files for all Customers serviced out of the Ontario location Receipt of goods both physically and systemically Create Purchase Orders and Sales Orders to external partners as requested by Director of MaterialsReconcile any shipment errors or claimsSupport as directed Quality validations, providing guidance to front line QC individuals. Support monthly cycle countSupport pressure testing operations Materials ShipmentPhysically inspect materials, ensuring quality meets/exceeds documented standardsPackage materials into final inner/master box configurationPrepare items for shipment by boxing, labeling, and verifying quantitiesCreate BOL's and any other shipping documents requiredBuild and wrap pallets Other duties as assignedRequirements3 to 5 years of experience in Production/Warehouse environment. Preference given to individuals with experience in handling materials in the gas utility sector.Microsoft Office aptitude - Outlook, Word and ExcelExperience with ERP systems (SAP, SX.e, Oracle)Strong attention to detail Ability to comply with established safety protocolsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs High School Degree or GED equivalent requiredAbility to work a second shift schedule as requiredStrong written and spoken English capabilitiesLocation: On-Site in Ontario, CA
