Job Description

Position: Office Administration/ReceptionistRate: $48,000-$55,000 Location: Fully On-site in Center Valley, PAThis position reports directly to the Director of People and Culture. The Office Administration/Receptionist is responsible for providing administrative support to the entire office staff and ensuring efficient operations.Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to: Meet, greet, and assist visitorsAnswer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessaryAdministrative tasks (copying, scanning, typing, filing etc.)Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packagesMaintain kitchen and snack areasSchedule, order, and execute office lunchesSchedule, order, and facilitate field lunchesInventory supplies, proactively order, and put away ordersSchedule appointments for various staffMaintain company calendar and schedulingProvide support to staff and management as neededGeneral office organizationAssist with company social eventsQualifications and Other Skills and Abilities:Strong organizations skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectivelyMinimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role requiredExperience with Microsoft Office products preferredGood phone presence, self-motivated, punctualExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently as well as part of a team, meeting all deadlines
