The Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting with menu planning, food preparation, and presenting high-quality dishes. They will also ensure kitchen operations run smoothly, maintain food safety standards, and supervise kitchen staff. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, ordering supplies, and coordinating with front-of-house staff. Hours are 6am - job is done (usually 2:00) M-F with some Saturdays.QualificationsCulinary skills, including food preparation and menu planningExperience in kitchen management and supervisionKnowledge of food safety and hygiene regulationsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and team coordination skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentCulinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen settingPrevious experience in catering is a plus
