ISO and CMMI Compliance Auditor (Entry-Level or Experienced)Location: Hybrid (Dayton, OH) preference, remote option for the right candidateOverview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team supporting CMMI and ISO compliance audits. The ideal candidate will possess or be willing to acquire knowledge in ISO, CMMI, and ITIL frameworks, with a strong emphasis on project management and quality assurance. This role offers opportunities for growth and collaborative team engagement.Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for CMMI and ISO compliance auditsSupport internal and external audit activities related to ISO, CMMI, and ITIL standards.Collaborate with team members to ensure ongoing compliance and process improvement.sContribute to project management and quality assurance initiativesDevelop and enhance skills in ISO, CMMI, and related frameworks through training and on-the-job experienceRequired Skill Set: Background or training in ISO, CMMI, and ITIL frameworksRelevant experience in project management, quality assurance, or IT services/securityStrong written communication skills and proficiency with office suite products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to remote working arrangementsQualifications: Experience in CMMI and ISO auditing 1-3 yearsCertification in CMMI and ISO is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidateDemonstrated ability to learn quickly and contribute long-term to team objectivesBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceEmployment Details: Supportive, collaborative work environment with a focus on professional growthCompetitive compensation dependent on experience and skills
