All in a newly renovated, bright, clean, and conditioned work environment.POSITION OVERVIEW:The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the equipment and facilities maintenance team for a 1st shift manufacturing operation. They will proactively manage the planning and coordination of reliability strategies, repairs, and modifications to production equipment, facility systems, and building infrastructure. This person will supervise a team of skilled multi-craft technicians and will prioritize and schedule departmental projects and activities.SKILLS:Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline; Associate Degree in Maintenance or Mechatronics; or equivalent experience5+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor/Manager in a fast-paced manufacturing facilityKnowledge of electro-mechanical production machinery including control systems (PLCs, general electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic)Knowledge of facility systems (Electrical Power, HVAC, Domestic/Process Water and Associated Plumbing, Compressed Air, General Construction)Experience with administration of a Maintenance Software SystemProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and scheduling a multi-craft maintenance teamProject Management experience is a plusPRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all equipment/facilities repairs and reliability strategies.Work with EHS and Quality personnel to ensure the maintenance team is effectively trained on and complies with all Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality policies and procedures.Develop and maintain a reliability program for equipment and facilities using a CMMS systemManage the work order process to ensure a robust and thorough use of the systemWork with other departments to schedule the resolution of issues affecting machinery, process equipment, and the facility, as neededPropose upgrades or modifications to existing equipment, as neededAssist with sourcing and procurement for repair partsOrganize and maintain spare parts inventory for both manufacturing and facility equipmentBuild and maintain a solid partnership with equipment manufacturers, support trades, and outside service suppliers
