The Assembler is responsible for the mechanical and electrical assembly/repair of any UNOX products as spareparts kit, ovens, hoods , stands or any type of pre-built configuration as well as the final testing. The Assembler needs to perform his job in agreement within the quality and assembly standards while keeping an adeguate productivity level and a great team collaboration. The Assembler is furthermore responsible for training new team members and for maintaining a clean and organized workplace Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Understand and adopt the Taste of Success, embracing and promoting Unox cultureAssembling / repairing any UNOX products as spareparts kit, ovens, hoods , stands and any type of pre-built configuration within the defined standards of quality and time. Properly use and maintain good condition of all tools / machines required for the assembling / repairing of any UNOX product such as laser machine , press braker , panel bender , spot welding or welding machine , handtools. Properly test , inspect , clean and pack any UNOX products ensuring they meet the defined quality and delivery standards with the ultimate goal of providing the best possible customer experience. Interprets assembly instructions, schematic drawings and diagrams. Maintaining a clean , organized and safe workplace. Builds a strong, direct feedback culture, by providing feedbacks that are constructive, frequent, immediate and concrete. Other duties as assigned.
