Job Description: Sustainability Product AnalystTracera is in search of a passionate Sustainability Product Analyst with 2+ years of experience in Sustainability or product management. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to deliver on sustainability projects. In addition, you will work closely with the Design and Engineering teams to build new features and optimize UIUX. Your role will progress to own new product lines as Tracera continues to grow its software capabilities. Our goal is to make ESG data collection and reporting easy, efficient, and enjoyable. We help sustainability teams focus on driving meaningful impact in Environmental, Social, and Governance domains rather than getting bogged down with reporting tasks. How did Tracera come about?Tracera is an AI-enabled Data Infrastructure and Reporting Solution designed to automate the ESG data gathering process and provide real-time insights into ESG factors. This software makes ESG reporting and decision making seamless by optimizing extraction, validation, and transformation of relevant data. It is built from the ground up with auditability in mind. Tracera aligns operations with global climate goals, promotes social responsibility, and enhances corporate governance practices. What will I be doing? You will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients on their sustainability journeys and creating best-in-class sustainability software. To be more specific, you will: Sustainability and Client AdvisoryLead sustainability initiatives from concept through execution. Guide clients in identifying and collecting critical data points. Develop clear, audit-ready methodology documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Consistently achieve project milestones and deliver defined outcomes. Customer Success and Platform QualityDrive enhancements to the customer product experience through proactive feedback and iteration. Support customer success teams in bug triage, prioritization, and resolution. Champion the voice of the customer to ensure the platform continuously meets client needs. Product Management for the Tracera PlatformOwn the end-to-end product management of the Tracera platform. Prioritize new features based on business objectives, client feedback, and user research. Define detailed feature requirements and clear acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering to bring new features to life. Lead QA efforts and ensure seamless client onboarding for newly launched features. That sounds just right to me. Who are we looking for? Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sustainability. You are familiar with setting Science Based Targets, conducting double materiality assessment, and CSRD. You have had client facing roles Bonus points for familiarity with the software startup ecosystem Qualities You thrive within a high-speed startup You are a thought leader who is comfortable advising clients on their strategy You are a hands-on problem solver, proactively approaching challenges with a positive attitude. You are an empathetic team player willing to jump in and do whatever it takes Please note that this role begins with a 90-day evaluation period during which you will collaborate with the team to define your objectives.
