JOB DESCRIPTIONGreenlee Designer Surfaces has been providing northern Arizona with high quality countertops, flooring and tileproducts for over 25 years. We have the largest indoor slab selection warehouse in northern Arizona and a 2500square foot showroom showcasing over 25 vendors of tile, laminate, carpet and sinks. We pride ourselves on havinga unique selection of products that you won't find in the big box stores. We are looking for a driven individual to joinour team. Do you have an eye for design? The Showroom Sales Consultant position is responsible for providingexcellent customer service, assisting with product selection and building relationships to encourage repeat business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES¦ Customer Interaction - Greet and assist customers, Provide detailed information about products andservices, Assist with product selection and offer recommendations, Handle inquiries and resolve issuespromptly and professionally¦ Sales and Transactions - Drive sales opportunities through the showroom, process estimate and saletransactions accurately and efficiently, Follow-up on sales to ensure customer satisfaction, Handle andprocess monies related to customer sales¦ Showroom Management - Maintain showroom appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized and visuallyappealing, Assist with showroom merchandising displays, Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, Maintainand update brochures, Check-out product samples to customers and follow-up to ensure samples arereturned and/or reordered¦ Other Duties - Assist with special eventsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE¦ Computer literacy; Experience with Google Drive, Quickbooks and AutoCad a plus¦ Excellent communication skills; Ability to handle customers with diplomacy and tact¦ Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently¦ Previous sales experience, preferably with knowledge of countertops, flooring and tile¦ Ability to work independently and as an integral part of the teamPAY & BENEFITS¦ Hourly pay PLUS Commission ($16.00 - $17.50 per hour)¦ Health Insurance¦ Supplemental Insurance¦ 401(k) with company match¦ Mon thru Fri - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (2 weekends required per year)¦ Location - Onsite
