Analyze project plans, specs, and scope documents to prepare detailed cost estimates? Perform accurate quantity take-offs and pricing across all CSI divisions? Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes? Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers during the preconstruction phase? Identify value engineering options to reduce cost and enhance project efficiency? Maintain and update historical cost data and pricing tools? Support final proposal preparation and bid day activitiesWhat They're Looking For ? 4+ years of Multifamily construction estimating experience ? Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) ? Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and materials ? Proficiency in estimating tools like Bluebeam, OST, Sage Estimating, or similar software ? Excellent attention to detail and communication skills ?
