As the Account Coordinator, you will assist in processing work associated with insurance clients, such as issuing certificates of insurance, rating, data entry, renewal preparation, and other tasks by performing the following duties. If you have excellent organizing skills and are ready to excel, apply with us at AssuredPartners.The Ideal CandidateYou enjoy problem-solving with great, customer-service-minded solutionsTeamwork is part of your DNA, and you are looking for an excellent opportunity to be a part of a team, learn from senior team members, and have a great career pathYou have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and are dependable in getting the job doneIf this interests you, we invite you to keep reading and apply!Responsibilities:Client Support:Creates correspondence to carriers and clients, including transmission of final audits, policy binders, renewals, and other routine written communications.Provide administrative support in the form of front desk coverage and other duties.Account Management:Enters accurate client information into agency management system and exports data as needed.Partners to create, maintain, and audit client and prospect data throughout various agency systems.Processes change requests, follows up with carriers as needed, reviews endorsements for accuracy, and generates accurate invoices.Prepares Notices of Cancellations and Reinstatements. Processes final cancellations.Issues certificates of insurance and evidences of property.Updates driver, equipment and vehicle schedule and makes MVR requests if required.Manage assorted administrative tasks related to account maintenance, as required.Insurance Expertise:Actively engage in learning, study industry trends.
