Must-Haves:1 year of contract management experienceBasic knowledge of and experience with Windows applications and Microsoft OfficeExperience accurately inputting information into and retrieving information from the computerPlusses:Associate degree in Business AdministrationAvailability to work additional hours as needed, which may include evenings and weekends2 years of contract management experience, related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience3 years of logistics or transportation experienceDay-to-day:You'll be responsible for reviewing each applicant's background and drug test authorization forms, along with supporting documentation, to ensure they are complete, accurate, and usable as per vendor and FCRA regulations. If any documents are missing, inaccurate, or unusable, you'll need to obtain the correct ones from the appropriate Operations Manager. You'll also place orders for background checks and Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR) using the appropriate vendor website, and renew annual background checks and MVRs for all contract carriers and their driver/helper employees. Additionally, you'll review the results of these background checks, MVRs, and drug tests to determine pass/fail scores based on insurance vendor criteria and the company's criminal background check matrix for contract carriers. Finally, you'll communicate the results to the appropriate Operations Manager via the Contractlogix program.
