Associate Attorney - Fully Remote

About the jobThis is a fully remote role outside of court appearances. You must live in PA and MUST BE admitted to practice law in PA. there are no billable hours and this is a strictly 40 hour per week roleThis position imparts broad responsibilities and exposes you to a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.You will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contracts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court.Responsibilities:Maintaining and supervising a heavy & diversified caseload of the firm's clients in PACommunicating with clients regarding their respective mattersDrafting pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, reviewing & drafting agreements, etc.Communicating with opposing parties to resolve/settle claimsLegal research related to simple and complex issues in contract law and other areas of consumer lawQualifications:Must be currently admitted to practice law in PA (multi-state admission is a plus)Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm
