POSITION TITLE: Onsite Staffing Coordinator - Vietnamese SpeakingLOCATION: Fremont, CACOMPENSATION: $58,240 - $66,560 ($28 - $32 / hour)GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:Eastridge Workforce Solutions is looking to hire an Onsite Specialist who can speak Vietnamese for our client in the Fremont, CA area. The ideal candidate will be a success-driven self-starter, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who has the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of employees.RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:Manage all placement-related activities and office operations, including proper scheduling of new starts and working with site leadership to ensure proactive schedulingWatch all site-related spend to ensure adherence to budgetDevelop sourcing strategies and interview, assess and recommend candidates for hire. Identify and utilize resources to source and refer qualified candidates to fill open positions.Help recruiters with performing background & reference checks and making verbal job offers to candidates for hire; accurately maintain employee files, assist with the onboarding documentation of new employees and ensure documents shared with non-local teams.Must have impeccable organizational skills, strong writing skills, communication and social abilitiesMust be flexible, able to think quickly and maintain composure under pressure.
