This role is about building strong relationships, fostering a high-performance culture, and being a strategic partner to our operations team.Responsibilities:Partner with management team to align HR strategies with operational goals.Drive employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.Coach managers and Supervisors on performance management, team dynamics, and employee relations.Lead talent acquisition efforts for non-exempt and exempt roles, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.Support workforce planning and organizational change initiatives.Champion a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment.Collaborate with regional HR and corporate teams on broader HR initiatives.Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and internal procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.Previously acted as a key HR contact for a 200+ client group, preferably in a manufacturing setting.5+ years of progressive HR experience.Bilingual in SpanishStrong knowledge of HR procedures, HRIS Systems, and federal/state employment laws.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You are a people person who listens, learns and leads.Comfortable in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
