Currently a highly-skilled two-person team, we are excited to add a full-time Marketing Content Specialist to increase our capacity and bandwidth. The end goal is a dynamic, trusted team that works closely with sales to improve our marketing efforts, ultimately strengthening our market position and driving growth.Key Job Responsibilities:Develop content to support marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including the website, social media, and email campaigns.Create and maintain sales support materials such as brochures, training resources, and product manuals.Manage and execute a social media calendar focused on driving organic growth for YouTube and LinkedIn.Transform technical engineering details into clear, compelling sales messaging that highlights customer benefits.What You'll Need:Audience Insight: Ability to learn from engagement data and tailor content to what resonates most.Commitment to Detail: Mismatched fonts, capitalization inconsistencies, and aesthetic variations should bug you!Organizational Excellence: Demonstrated examples of keeping tasks, files, and your processes organized.Independent and Task Oriented: Take ownership of responsibilities and get things done in a fast-paced work environment.Creative Courage: Willingness to experiment with new ideas and share what you learn.Excellent Communication Skills: Excel in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every interaction.Aligned with Unist Values: Strong Relationships, Personal Responsibility, Customer Focus, Integrity, and Innovation should drive personal actions. Successful team members can demonstrate and champion our core values daily, fostering a culture of recognition, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 5+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in a B2B industrial equipment market.Portfolio: Show us your work! We're looking for examples of digital or print content that demonstrate your ability to connect with a B2B audience.Technical Skills: High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong copywriting and technical writing skills are essential.Beneficial Skills: Video editing (Premiere Pro), photography, or studio setup is a plus. Experience with Craft CMS, ActiveCampaign, or CRM is also highly valued but not required.
