Assistant Property Manager - Commercial RetailOn-site | ?? Full-time | ?? $60K-$68K/yearAbout the Role:A growing commercial real estate firm is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support operations across a retail property portfolio. This role involves administrative support, tenant and vendor coordination, lease management, and property maintenance oversight.Key Responsibilities:Support daily property operations using Yardi software.Assist with budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting.Coordinate tenant communications, lease renewals, and rent collections.Manage vendor relationships, service calls, and invoice processing.Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance and safety compliance.Maintain accurate documentation, COIs, and lease files.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience in commercial property management and Yardi software.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
