About Us:Low Carb Foods is a growing low-carb food manufacturing company creating fresh and packaged foods like bagels, breads, baking mixes, and snacks. We're currently seeking an experienced and detail-driven Production and Quality Manager to lead our facility operations with excellence and precision.Position Overview:We're looking for a hands-on, experienced manufacturing facility manager to oversee the day-to-day production operations of our bakery and warehouse and ensure SOPs are being adhered to. This role is responsible for leading sanitation efforts, enforcing and maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring staff compliance with SOPs, and keeping our facility running efficiently and safely. You'll play a critical role in the quality, cleanliness, and productivity of everything we ship out.Responsibilities:Manage and optimize daily operations in the production kitchen and warehouseLead all food safety and sanitation protocols; develop and monitor cleaning schedulesEnsure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, and food safety regulationsMaintain accurate documentation of sanitation, cleaning, production, and quality checksTrain, coach, and supervise production staff; uphold accountability and urgencyOwn and enforce facility SOPs for food safety, allergen management, and operational workflowInspect and improve facility cleanliness and equipment functionality regularlyCollaborate with leadership to report on production quality, throughput, and complianceSupport efficient ingredient and materials flow from receiving to shippingQualifications:Minimum 3-5 years experience in food manufacturing, production, or QA rolesStrong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality assurance standardsDemonstrated experience leading teams in a production or manufacturing settingProficient with sanitation protocols, HACCP, GMPs, allergen protocolsConfident creating or refining SOPs, logs, and training documentationExcellent communication, time management, and attention to detailAbility to foster a culture of accountability and high standardsBonus: Experience with bakery or small-batch food productionWhat We Offer:A growing company with room to make a big impactOpportunity to shape systems and improve standardsEmployee discounts on productsMedical, dental and vision health benefitsVacation PTO and Personal Days PTOPaid HolidaysLocation: Raleigh, NC Employment Type: Full-Time On-site RequiredPay Range: $65,000- $80,000 annual salary depending on experience
