Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Generalist to join our manufacturing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of HR operations, particularly in validating HR processes, analyzing workforce data, and managing bi-weekly payroll cycles. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong data acumen, and be capable of maintaining confidentiality and precision in all HR functions.Key Responsibilities:Administer and process bi-weekly payroll with high accuracy and compliance.Validate HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Analyze employee data and generate workforce reports to support decision-making.Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.Assist with benefits administration, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.Act as a resource for employee questions and support positive employee relations.Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with operational goals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Demonstrated experience processing payroll and handling sensitive employee data.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and process validation.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS platforms.Preferred Attributes:Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.Experience supporting hourly and salaried workforces.Knowledge of labor law compliance and HR best practices.
