This company prides itself on its strong leadership team, excellent retention rates, and a collaborative environment.Job Description:This is a fully onsite HR Generalist opportunity supporting a fast-paced manufacturing plant with additional weekly travel to a nearby location. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in employee relations, recruitment, and HR compliance.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a trusted onsite HR resource for plant employees and leadershipLead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboardingManage day-to-day employee relations matters including coaching, performance concerns, and investigationsOversee new hire orientation, HRIS data maintenance, and personnel documentationAdminister leave programs and support benefits-related inquiriesMonitor HR compliance and maintain I-9 and employment verification processesSupport culture-building initiatives, engagement efforts, and trainingAnalyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvementPartner with HR leadership on special projects and ongoing initiativesQualifications:2-3 years of generalist HR experienceBackground in manufacturing, trades, or warehouse environments preferredStrong knowledge of employee relations practices and HR complianceFull-cycle recruiting experience requiredComfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving settingProficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); exposure to ERP or HRIS systems a plusBachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience consideredPerks:Collaborative and upbeat leadership teamStrong internal tenure and stabilityTuition reimbursementCelebrations for employee milestonesOpportunities for growth and advancementAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
