HR Business Partner, Olyphant, PA (Onsite), $85,000-$88,000 + 10% Bonus - TEMP-PERMJoin a global manufacturing leader committed to sustainability, innovation, and creating a collaborative, high-performance work environment.HR Business Partner - ResponsibilitiesDeliver full-cycle HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and talent development for a 550-person plant (500 blue-collar, 50 white-collar employees).Manage internal and external job offers, onboarding processes, and immigration-related documentation.Promote and maintain a non-union work environment, supporting a diverse and multicultural workforce.Conduct employee relations activities such as investigations, mediations, counseling, and documentation.Guide managers through performance management and employee engagement strategies.Maintain accurate HR metrics and records using Workday and Workforce software.Partner with leadership to implement HR programs and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.Provide HR-related training to managers and supervisors on best practices and legal requirements.HR Business Partner - RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (required).Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing and 1 year in high-volume recruitment.Strong background in employee relations is essential.Bilingual in Spanish is required.HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) is preferred.Experience with Workday (HRIS) and Workforce (Time & Attendance).Confident, approachable, and adaptable personality with a collaborative mindset.Schedule:Onsite, full-time. Flexibility required for shift-based support.
