About the OpportunityA growing electrical contractor in the Oxford, GA area is seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator with experience in commercial and industrial projects. This role plays a critical part in pricing work accurately, supporting the preconstruction process, and collaborating with project managers and clients on high-value bids.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical systems (commercial & industrial)Review drawings, specs, and job walks to develop bid strategy and scopeIdentify labor, material, and time requirements for each projectWork closely with PMs and leadership on project handoffsManage bid deadlines and maintain estimating pipelineAssist with vendor/subcontractor pricing and comparisonsAttend pre-bid meetings and provide technical input as neededRequirements5+ years of experience as an Electrical EstimatorStrong background in commercial and/or industrial projectsAbility to interpret blueprints, specs, and scopes of workProficiency in estimating software (Accubid, ConEst, or similar)Strong communication and time management skillsMust be based in or near Oxford, GA
