This position reports to the marketing director and is a valued asset to our sales and marketing team. Responsibilities include overseeing design centers, leading selection meetings, and assisting with staging.Responsibilities will include:Design Plan CreationCreate comprehensive interior design plans for designer homes, including material selection and color palettes.Design Center OrganizationMaintain the organization and functionality of design centers, ensuring samples are up to date and attractively displayed.Client MeetingsConduct design meetings with buyers, guiding them through the selection process and addressing their questions.Team CollaborationServe as a design resource for team members, providing expertise and collaborating with construction and sales teams.Change Order PreparationPrepare change orders and verify the accuracy of information and pricing.Trend ResearchStay up to date on the latest design trends and materials, incorporating them into designs.Decor Sourcing & InstallationSource decor for designer and model homes and oversee installations.The PersonAs an Interior Designer, you thrive in a collaborative, organized, and proactive environment. You lead by example, showing up on time, staying responsive to team members, and delivering accurate and timely design plans.
