Assistant Product Manager

Job Title: Product Management AssistantDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: Rocky Hill, CT 06067 | Hybrid (60% in-office / 40% remote)Pay Range: $22-25/hr.The Product Management Assistant will support the Global Product Management team by driving operational efficiency in day-to-day activities and contributing to key strategic projects. This role partners with cross-functional and cross-regional teams"”including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Product Development"”to manage product lifecycles, align portfolios with market needs, and ensure successful product phase-in/phase-out execution.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily operations for the Global Product Management team to ensure smooth portfolio management.Assist with product lifecycle management, including product introductions, updates, and discontinuations.Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment and execution of portfolio strategies.Contribute to special projects that enhance business continuity and drive strategic growth.Collect and analyze data to monitor product performance, trends, and opportunities.Support the creation of reports, presentations, and portfolio documentation for leadership and business partners.Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align portfolio decisions with market demands and strategic goals.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Product/Portfolio Management, or related field.Strong skills in project management, cross-functional collaboration, planning, and logisticsExperience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
