Our flagship Dallas lab is established, accredited, and making an impact every day. Now we need a passionate, experienced nurse educator to step in and lead it.The lab is running. The curriculum is proven. The credential is one-of-a-kind. We need someone ready to own it.What You'll DoLead the flagship lab "” oversee day-to-day operations of our established Dallas simulation lab, keeping training sessions running smoothly and at the highest standardAdminister the CHHN certification program "” the only accredited program in the country certifying both LVNs and RNs as Certified Home Health NursesTeach hands-on "” personally facilitate simulation training using a high-fidelity Pediatric HAL mannequin and real home-based equipmentTrain in high-acuity skills "” G-Button, Tracheostomy, Ventilator management, Central Venous Line care, and moreManage nursing school partnerships "” maintain and grow relationships with DFW-area schools for clinical rotations and preceptorshipsSupport new graduate nurses "” guide them to confident, independent practice in the home settingWhat We're Looking ForActive, unrestricted Texas RN licenseMinimum 2 years of pediatric home health or private duty nursing "” requiredProven ability to teach and evaluate clinical skills hands-onStrong knowledge of trach, vent, G-tube, and/or central line careSelf-directed leader "” able to step into an established program and hit the ground runningBSN required; MSN or nursing education background a plusExisting DFW connections to nursing schools or home health agencies?
