Our approach includes X-ray-supported evaluation when clinically appropriate and a focus on corrective, targeted care designed to address root issues, not just short-term symptom relief.Hours will begin on a limited basis for transition and onboarding, then increase during the maternity coverage period based on practice needs and patient demand. For a doctor who performs strongly and integrates well with the team and patient base, there is a real opportunity for this role to continue beyond maternity coverage.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and deliver high-quality chiropractic care focused on pain relief, improved function, and long-term wellnessBuild trust with new and existing patients to ensure strong continuity of careClearly explain findings, recommendations, and next stepsConvert appropriate patients into active care plans through strong patient educationSupport patient retention and help patients stay engaged through their recommended plan of careComplete documentation, daily notes, re-exams, and records accurately and on timeMaintain documentation standards for cash, insurance, and personal injury patientsWork closely with front desk and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and follow-upParticipate in community outreach, screenings, and corporate wellness eventsRepresent the clinic professionally in and outside the officeWhat We're Looking ForDoctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic collegeActive Texas chiropractic license in good standingAt least one year of experience Eligible for malpractice insuranceStrong clinical, adjusting, and patient communication skillsAble to confidently educate patients on treatment recommendationsExperience with, or willingness to learn, insurance and PI documentationStrong time management and organizational skillsComfortable in a private practice environment where both care and growth matterPositive, dependable, professional, and team-orientedCompensation$32-$35/hour base ratePlus generous performance-based incentivesStrong earning upside tied to patient conversion and contribution to clinic growthExpected annualized earning potential: $50,000-$108,800+, depending on hours worked, performance, and collectionsWhy Join Us?This is not just a temporary coverage role.
