If you're looking for a practice where your values and your work actually align, you've found it.Responsibilities:• Evaluate client circumstances and provide individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.• Successfully connect with and retain clients, including individuals, kids, teens, couples, and families.• Provide services via telehealth in a private and secure setting.• Maintain timeliness, a commitment to ethical practice, and attention to detail in all professional activities.• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.• Uphold a commitment to inclusivity, social and racial justice, and equity, and integrate insight into how these issues relate to clinical work.• Operate effectively out of multiple on-line platforms (e.g., email, EHRs).Qualifications:• Required Licensure: Current, full Licensure in the State of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).• Experience: Have at least 2 years of post-graduate experience.• Technology & Administration:• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs).• Preference given to those who have an active CAQH profile, NPI, and/or PTAN number.• Skills: Demonstrate excellent writing and documentation skills.• Commitment: Must have a commitment to social and racial equity and a desire to influence positive change in the lives of clients.j
