Akkodis is seeking a IT Project Manager for a Contract position with a client located in Boston, MA (Hybrid)Rate Range: $65-$70/hr on W2 without benefits, The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factorsTitle: IT Project ManagerJob Types: ContractLocation: Boston, MA (Hybrid 2 days onsite)Position Summary: The IT PM/BA will work with stakeholders to initiate, plan and manage large projects to implement new or enhanced applications. This role will be responsible for creating/maintaining project plans, monitoring progress, coordinating resources, documenting requirements and facilitating communication.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Education, Year' Experience & Certificates)Minimum five(5) years of experience working in IT environments Prior Government or Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required QUALIFICATIONS: Practical experience creating and implementing project plans and schedules according to project goals and objectives. Practical experience conducting requirements gathering with business teams Ability to prioritize, execute and manage work in a matrixed, high-pressure environment. Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with diverse user groups and provide support to both technical and non-technical audiences. Hands-on experience effectively using MS Office tools Hands-on experience in managing escalated issues and dispute resolution of any components of a project with the ability to understand when to escalate issues to senior management. Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality Understanding and knowledge of Agile methodology and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
