Senior Tableau Developer/ETL Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Developer / ETL Lead for a long-term consulting opportunity supporting enterprise-level data integration, reporting, ETL and business intelligence initiatives.This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 1 day per week or 2 days every 2 weeks.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and enterprise reports• Design and optimize ETL/ELT solutions using SSIS, SSRS and SQL Server• Build complex SQL queries, stored procedures and TSQL scripts• Support data migration, integration and legacy modernization initiatives• Work across all SDLC phases including requirements, design, testing and deployment• Optimize ETL pipelines and SQL performance• Collaborate with Business Analysts, technical teams and stakeholdersRequired Skills:• 5+ years of Tableau experience• Strong SQL/TSQL expertise• Experience with SSIS, SSRS and ETL development• SQL Server performance tuning experience• Data integration and data migration background• Experience with FTP/SFTP processes• Strong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred:• Talend• Salesforce• MuleSoftAdditional Requirements:• Candidate must be able to come in the office 2 days every 2 weeks or 1 day per week• Candidate must attend at least one in-person interview• Candidates must be introduced in any virtual meetings by their vendors• H1B candidates are welcome but must have approved I-140• Hybrid schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
