The role will be part of a 5-6 person administrative group that processes offer letters and runs background checks for new hires under the guidance of the Recruiting Operations Manager.Job LocationThis full-time position is a hybrid role out of our office in Rochester, NY.Job ResponsibilitiesCreate and email all new hire offers, ensuring accuracy of documents including offer letterUtilize the electronic onboarding process for new hires as appropriateWork closely with various product companies under the CRH umbrella to update electronic offer packets with appropriate required formsInput and monitor progress of new hire screenings such as drug testing and background checks, keeping all appropriate individuals apprised of progress/results and expected completionProvide support, as needed, to the Recruiting Operations Manager for corporate projects, initiatives, and event supportParticipate in staffing project teams and provide project management support as neededManage the archiving of candidate onboarding foldersMaintain confidentiality while managing sensitive informationOrder office supplies, equipment, and business cardsAssist the department in the coordination and set up of meetings and eventsEnsure that office is clean and organized, including supply closet, conference rooms and kitchen areaOrder food and coordinate lunch meetingsGreet visitors at the reception area and direct appropriatelyCollaborate with vendors on any escalated issuesParticipate in HR welcome callsPerforms other duties as assignedProfessional SkillsSense of urgencyAbility to communicate with all levels of employees and candidatesHigh attention to detailOrganizational skillsAbility to remain flexible and resourceful with a high level of professionalismAbility to multitaskAbility to interact tactfully and effectively with all levels of managementWritten and oral communication abilitiesJob Requirements2+ years experience in an administrative role in a fast-paced office environment or equivalent experienceHR paperwork knowledge preferredDemonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Products - MS ExcelCompensation$20-22 per hour401(k) plan / group retirement savings programShort-term and long-term disability benefitsLife insuranceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
