English/Japanese Bilingual Property Operations / Asset ManagerA growing real estate investment and property management company is seeking a English/Japanese bilingual professional to support residential property operations, investor relations, and renovation coordination across U.S. residential assets.This role will focus on overseeing third-party property management companies, supporting tenant and maintenance operations, coordinating renovation projects, reviewing operational and financial reports, and communicating with Japanese stakeholders and investors.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate with property management companies regarding tenant issues, maintenance, leasing, and operations• Review property and financial reports and provide operational updates• Support renovation and capital improvement projects including scheduling and budget tracking• Assist with investor communication and cross-border reporting• Coordinate banking, insurance, and operational documentation• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teamsRequirements:• 5+ years of experience in property management, asset management, or residential real estate operations• Experience overseeing renovations and property operations• Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
