Job Title: Jr. Visual SpecialistPosition: Part-time Contract (Approx. 40 hours/month) Duration: 3+ months contract with extensionLocation: Reynoldsburg, Ohio (Onsite) We are looking for a Jr. Visual Specialist to support the Store Experience / Visual Merchandising team. In this role, you will help bring the store environment to life by setting up and maintaining product displays and ensuring the store presentation meets brand standards.This is a hands-on role focused on retail merchandising, store setup, and maintaining an organized visual workspace. Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, maintain, and tear down in-store merchandising displaysAssist in building and arranging fixtures, wall cabinets, and store layoutsOrganize backroom storage and manage product samplesApply product labeling/stickers ("paper dolls") for new itemsSupport the Visual Team in executing store presentation guidelinesEnsure displays follow brand and merchandising standards Required Skills & Experience2+ years of experience in retail or visual merchandisingStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work in a hands-on, physical retail environmentComfortable with physical, hands-on merchandising tasksSomeone who enjoys retail/store environments Nice to HaveExperience in store setup, planograms, or visual display executionPassion for retail brands and store presentationFlexible, positive, and adaptable attitudeAbout US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
