Second ShiftJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dependable Manufacturing Associate to support the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced, highly automated equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring consistent product quality and efficient output, with exposure to technologies such as laser welding, heat staking, robotics, and medical device packaging.ResponsibilitiesOperate, maintain, and perform routine setup and troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment.Monitor and clear equipment faults; maintain raw material feeds and ensure proper machine function via HMIs.Conduct inspections and basic preventative maintenance; escalate issues through proper channels.Perform quality checks using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to meet tight tolerances.Participate in process improvement, design transfers, and validation efforts.Maintain accurate records, follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Support cleanroom procedures and maintain a safe, organized work environment.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.Experience with automated machinery, robotics, and HMIs.Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality systems.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.Previous experience in medical device manufacturing or cleanroom environments.Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods (75%+ of shift).Able to lift up to 20 lbs and perform pushing, pulling, and reaching tasks.
