This role focuses on PLC programming, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production equipment. Key ResponsibilitiesProgram, modify, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen-Bradley preferred)Support and maintain automation systems across production linesInstall, configure, and troubleshoot VFDs and motor control systemsDiagnose issues across PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and networksRead electrical schematics and technical drawingsPerform preventative and corrective maintenancePartner with engineering and production to reduce downtimeFollow safety protocols (LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.)Maintain accurate documentationQualifications3+ years of industrial controls or electrical experienceStrong PLC programming and troubleshooting experienceExperience with Rockwell / Allen-Bradley systems preferredKnowledge of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, RS485)Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments preferred
