Sourcing Procurement Manager - Marketing

Initial 12-months fixed term contractWe are seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Marketing Sourcing Manager to lead the procurement strategy across our global marketing and advertising spend. In this role, you will act as a critical business partner to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and brand teams, translating marketing objectives into commercial realities.You will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing activities"”including agency roster optimization, major media and production negotiations, contract structuring, and supplier performance management.The ideal candidate understands that marketing procurement is not just about cutting costs; it is about maximizing ROI, unlocking supplier innovation, and protecting the brand's creative integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive category strategies for global marketing spendAnalyze market trends, supplier landscapes, and internal spend data to identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunitiesCommercial Negotiation & Contract Management. Draft, negotiate, and execute Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Structure highly effective commercial models, including performance-based agency compensation, labor-rate cards, and value-based pricing.Support by Leading complex, high-value RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and vendor selections from scoping through to final award.Conduct detailed sourcing spend assessment of POs, invoices, and budgets.Skills & Experience10+ years Procurement, Sourcing & Category Management experienceMarketing procurement backgroundBachelor's degreeStrong Supplier Relations Management experienceExposure to latest Procurement platforms as End-user
