Job Title: Senior Manager Job Type: Direct HireLocation: Wilmington, DESalary Range: 150kBenefits: Health, Dental 401kAkkodis is looking for a hands-on Senior Manager of Enterprise Collaboration to own and drive the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of the Microsoft 365 (M365) ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end M365 platform, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform (Power Apps), and Copilot Studio.Define and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise collaboration tools, driving adoption, scalability, and innovation across the organization.Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of M365 services.Serve as a hands-on technical leader, capable of diving into configurations, troubleshooting issues, and contributing directly when needed.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders to understand requirements, influence decision-making, and deliver impactful collaboration solutions.Ensure governance, compliance, and security standards are upheld across the M365 environment, particularly within SharePoint.Oversee implementation and maintenance of key controls, including application protection policies, records management (e.g., data classification and sensitivity labels), and secure access models (guest access, direct accounts, etc.).Qualifications:8+ years of experience in enterprise collaboration, cloud platforms, or Microsoft 365 administration/engineering.Proven leadership experience managing teams and owning enterprise platforms at scale.Deep technical expertise across the M365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and related services.Strong understanding of M365 security, compliance, and governance frameworks, including data protection, records management, and access controls.Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Copilot Studio or emerging AI-driven collaboration tools within M365.Background in cloud infrastructure or enterprise IT architecture.Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks and audit processes in highly regulated industries.If you are interested in this Senior Manager role job click APPLY NOW.
