Each day, you will utilize your knowledge on systems, procedures, and emerging technologies. Main stakeholders are Business users and HR users. This functional Analyst positions partners and collaborates with UKG (Kronos Dimensions) admin providing guidance to the HR stakeholders and department personnel.You will be mainly accountable for:Proactive analysis, configuration, testing, implementation using the Setup Data Manager (SDM) and end user supportMaintaining both employee-level and company-level Kronos data to ensure compliance with company policiesWork with end users in the areas of Time, HR and Payroll to understand requirements and design of functional solutions that are in line with business needs while staying consistent with the application architectureAssist in creating business requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional specification documents, test plans and test cases, and implementation documentation as necessaryCritical thinking and problem solvingCan perform work with a high degree of independenceAbility to effectively document and work with users to achieve identified goalsEmbraces a fast-paced environment and meets deadlinesQualifications for the role Bachelor's degree (BS) or Associate's degree (AA), or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.3+ years of Kronos / UKG (Kronos Dimensions) or 2+ years of Kronos mixed with IS experienceSuperior experience in translating business requirements into IS capabilities and solutionsSuperior experience in objectively evaluating IS solutions and making recommendationsExcellent analytical skills and an understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologiesGood at working in a Team environment and with other teamsUnderstanding of HR, Time and Attendance, and Payroll system and the flow betweenUnderstanding and knowledge of how to create and build InterfacesUnderstanding and knowledge of MS SQL and how to build queries to export data using the Microsoft SQL Server Management StudioFrench Language an asset but not a necessityCandidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the USWhat's in it for you We empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
