CRE Asset Manager (Real Assets Platform)Location: Southern U.S. | HybridCompensation: $80K - $105K + bonusThe OpportunityAn institutional investment platform is hiring an Commercial Real Estate Debt Asset Manager to support the oversight and performance of a portfolio of real asset-backed investments. This role sits at the intersection of finance, asset performance, and capital execution, partnering closely with senior team members on ongoing portfolio management initiatives.The position offers exposure to complex investment structures, cross-functional stakeholders, and high-visibility reporting within a scaled investment environment.What You'll Be DoingSupport ongoing evaluation of investment performance through financial and operational data analysisAssist in managing the lifecycle of structured investments, including tracking key milestones and deliverablesPartner with internal teams and external counterparties to coordinate funding activity and documentation workflowsAnalyze asset-level performance trends and contribute to internal recommendationsParticipate in preparation of recurring portfolio updates and executive-level reporting materialsReview financial packages, budgets, and forward-looking projections tied to underlying investmentsMonitor adherence to key financial thresholds and structural requirementsHelp streamline reporting processes and improve data visibility across the portfolioCollaborate with legal, finance, and third-party advisors on active investment mattersWhat They're Looking For3-5+ years of experience in finance, investment analysis, asset management, or related environmentStrong analytical skillset with ability to interpret financial and operational dataProficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasetsExposure to structured investments, real assets, or credit strategies is helpful but not requiredAbility to operate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills and ability to work across teamsWhy This RoleBroad exposure to institutional investment strategy and executionOpportunity to work across a diverse portfolio rather than a single asset or functionVisibility to senior leadership and involvement in decision-support processesPlatform is well-capitalized, growth-oriented, and actively deploying capital
