The Executive Assistant serves as a key partner to the CEO, managing the executive office's operations, board communications, and high-level engagements. This position ensures the CEO can focus on organizational leadership, strategic growth, and community impact. The Executive Assistant will act as a liaison with board members, staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners, representing the organization with professionalism and tact.Key Responsibilities:Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with a high degree of discretion.Draft, edit, and proof executive-level communications, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Prepare and maintain confidential documents, board materials, and strategic reports.Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively ensure priorities and deadlines are met.Coordinate Executive Board and committee meetings, including agenda preparation, material distribution, and accurate documentation of minutes.Support CEO in donor communications, stewardship, and engagement initiatives.Represent the CEO and organization with professionalism in interactions with donors, partners, and stakeholders.Organize and maintain executive filing systems and confidential records.Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and high-profile events as directed by the CEO.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 5-7 years of executive-level administrative experience, preferably supporting a CEO or senior executive.Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Attributes:Experience supporting a board of directors or executive leadership team.Familiarity with Scouting or youth-serving nonprofit organizations.Skilled in donor relations, event coordination, or fundraising support.Proactive, professional, and highly collaborative, with the ability to anticipate executive needs.Why Join Us:Opportunity to support the CEO of a mission-driven organization impacting youth leadership and development.Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.To Apply:Submit your résumé and cover letter highlighting relevant experience to Tammy.Washington@
