Company DescriptionWe are building the vertically integrated, distributed utility for hyperscalers. While legacy turbine manufacturers are sold out for the next half-decade, AI data centers are bleeding millions per day on idle compute. We wedge into this market with multi-megawatt generators that deploy behind the meter in a fraction of the traditional timeline. From there, we are building domestic gigafactories for proprietary systems, operating as a distributed utility that owns the customer relationship.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area with travel and relocation to LA Metro Area (possible) for a Chief of Staff & Special Operations. We are looking for an ultra-hungry, person ready to do their best work. Someone who operates as a strategic thinker one hour and an aggressive, hands-on doer the next.This is not an administrative position. You will have a massive surface area of responsibility spanning supply chain, physical operations, financial modeling, people ops, and fundraising support. You must be comfortable changing contexts dynamically, operating with extreme urgency, and driving projects across the finish line.Key Areas of ResponsibilitySupply Chain & Sourcing Acceleration: Work directly with the executive team to map out networks of aviation lessors, asset managers, and teardown shops to help source and secure viable aerospace cores.Operational Execution: Coordinate layout, setup, and logistics for our localized engineering and assembly facilities. Manage vendor relationships across our operational tech stack to ensure automated, clean corporate governance.Financial & Diligence Support: Assist in building and updating detailed financial models, tracking unit economics, managing data rooms for venture rounds, and processing incoming vendor quotes.People Operations: Drive the early recruitment pipeline for elite engineering talent (systems design, controls, aeroderivative specialists). Own onboarding, compliance, and state-level registration protocols.QualificationsGrit: A deep desire to build a defining career milestone by putting an infrastructure empire on your back. You don't ask for a playbook; you write it.Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skillsHardware and operations experiences requiredAdaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Engineering is strongly preferred. But Business, Economics, Strategy, or a related field could work. Demonstrated excellence is more important.
